Liqua AI accounts are self-managed meaning account owners can create new logins or change user access including resetting passwords.
If you've forgotten your Liqua AI password, don't worry.
If you aren't the Liqua AI Account Owner remember you can also contact them for help. Your Account Owner has the authority to reset passwords for any staff member associated with the account. Once the reset is complete, you'll be able to log in to your Liqua AI account again.
If you're unable to reach your account owner (or you are the owner!) your best option is to contact your designated Liqua Support Representative. They can assist you in resetting your password and getting you back into your account.
