Your designated Liqua Representative can schedule a remote assistance session. This will allow our Liqua Support Team to view your screen directly and provide tailored troubleshooting.
The first step in "Remote Assistance" session is to allow the Liqua Support Team to see what is going on with your computer. We use a simple screen/computer sharing service from Zoho that allows us to access (with you permission) your computer for a single "one time" remote support session. Once connected we can work through any issues you may be having with Liqua AI or your devices connected to it.
